2026 Fall Mini Green Grant - Keep America Beautiful

Grant Guidelines: 2026 Fall Mini Green Grant
Applications Due: 5pm Eastern on August 31,2026

Extensions will not be accepted, and incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

Overview

The Mini Green Grants program, funded by Scotts Miracle-Gro, provides Keep America Beautiful affiliates with up to $500 to support community beautification through the planting of spring-blooming bulbs, plants, or plugs during the fall planting season. These grants are designed to help affiliates create vibrant, welcoming public spaces that provide lasting beauty and encourage community pride along with supporting early spring pollinators.

By investing in Spring planting projects, affiliates can enhance parks, gateways, schools, trails, downtown districts, and other shared spaces while providing an early food source to spring pollinators. Planting bulbs in the fall creates colorful displays that brighten communities in the spring and demonstrates the lasting impact of local beautification efforts.

We encourage affiliates to use this funding to engage volunteers, strengthen local partnerships, and create sustainable beautification projects that help keep communities clean, green, and beautiful well past our country’s 250th birthday.
